Please report incorrect items or transit damage within 3 working days of accepting delivery / collection.

When contacting us, include your order reference, the email address used at checkout, and photos of any damage (where applicable).

Defective goods (Consumer Protection Act)

South African consumers generally benefit from an implied warranty of quality under the Consumer Protection Act. If goods are defective or fail to meet required standards, they may be returnable within 6 months of delivery, and the consumer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund (where applicable).

Cooling-off for certain electronic transactions (ECTA)

Certain electronic transactions may have a 7-day cooling-off period under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, subject to exclusions.
