Terms of Service

1) Orders

• Guest checkout is supported. Accounts are optional.
• An order is created when you place it on our site.
• We only fulfil (dispatch / release for collection) after payment is confirmed.
• You must provide accurate contact and delivery details (where delivery is selected).

2) Payments (PayFast)

• Payments are processed via PayFast.
• Payment is confirmed once we receive confirmation from PayFast.
• Return/cancel pages are informational only and do not confirm payment.
• If you cancel payment, your order may remain saved as “awaiting payment”.

3) Pricing & availability

• Prices are shown in ZAR and may change without notice.
• Products may be shown but unavailable; unavailable items cannot be purchased.
• We may remove items from sale at any time.

4) Delivery & collection

Delivery and collection rules are described in our Shipping & Collection page. Risk and responsibility for delivery details (address, access, receiving) remains with the customer.

5) Returns & refunds

Returns, refunds and damaged/incorrect item reporting are described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit your rights under applicable law.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from the use of this store or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

7) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate South African forum or court with jurisdiction.
